These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including free evaluations and paid diminished value reports.

By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Services Offered

• Premier Diminished Value Specialists provides professional diminished value reports, total loss valuation reports, and appraisal clause support to help vehicle owners pursue fair claim resolution after an accident or total loss.


• Our services are based on independent market analysis using the Premier Market Comparison Method™ and are designed to support insurance claim review, negotiation, and dispute resolution. We do not provide legal services or act as licensed insurance adjusters unless separately licensed where required.


• We reserve the right to decline any evaluation, report request, or appraisal clause matter at our discretion.


2. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information regarding your vehicle, accident, repairs, claim status, and any total loss documentation

• Informing us of any settlement offers, appraisal clause activity, claim decisions, or payments related to your diminished value or total loss claim

• Submitting payment for services within the agreed timeframe

• Understanding that false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in cancellation of services or refusal of report completion


3. Limited Power of Attorney

For clients who select Full Diminished Value Service or Total Loss Appraisal Clause Service, a Limited Power of Attorney may be required to allow us to communicate directly with the insurance company and assist with claim handling.

This authorization allows Premier Diminished Value Specialists to:

• Submit reports and supporting documentation on your behalf

• Communicate with the insurance carrier regarding claim status, valuation review, and settlement discussions

• Coordinate appraisal clause matters and communicate with the opposing appraiser when applicable

• Negotiate and confirm settlement amounts related to diminished value or total loss disputes when permitted

• We do not act as legal representatives and do not provide legal advice


4. Service Options and Fee Structure

Premier offers three flat fee service options:

Diminished Value Report Only
• Flat fee of $299 due at the time of ordering
• Professional PMCM valuation report for self submission
• No additional fees after settlement

Full Diminished Value Service
• Flat fee of $449 due at the time of ordering
• Includes report preparation, claim support, and negotiation assistance
• No contingency fees or post settlement percentage collection

Total Loss Appraisal Clause Service
• Flat fee of $449 due at the time of ordering
• Includes total loss valuation support, appraisal clause coordination, and negotiation with the opposing appraiser
• Court support may be available upon request


5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time service is ordered unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Additional court related support, testimony, or expanded dispute services may be billed separately when requested


6. No Guarantee of Outcome

• While our reports are professionally prepared and supported by verified market data, Premier does not guarantee any specific claim outcome, settlement amount, or success in diminished value, total loss, or appraisal clause disputes.


7. Intellectual Property

• All content, including reports, valuation methods, written materials, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Premier Diminished Value Specialists. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or distribute our materials without prior written permission.


8. Use of Our Reports

• Our reports are intended solely for use by the individual or entity named in the service agreement and may not be resold, redistributed, altered, or reused without written consent.


9. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details regarding how we collect, use, and protect your information.


10. Limitation of Liability

Premier Diminished Value Specialists is not liable for losses, damages, or claim outcomes resulting from:

• Denied or reduced claims

• Delayed settlements or carrier response times

• Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client

• Use, misuse, or unauthorized modification of our reports or supporting documentation

• Independent decisions made by insurance carriers, opposing appraisers, attorneys, or third parties

Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid by you to Premier for the specific service provided.


11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

1. No Legal Advice

Our services do not constitute legal advice. While our reports may be used in insurance claims, appraisal disputes, or legal proceedings, we are not attorneys and do not guarantee legal outcomes.

2. Accuracy of Information

Reports are prepared using the information and documentation provided by the client. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or incomplete information that may affect the outcome of your report or claim.

3. Use of Reports

While many clients successfully use our reports to support diminished value claims, total loss disputes, and appraisal clause matters, Premier does not guarantee acceptance, compensation, or a specific settlement outcome.

4. No Warranties

All services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. Premier disclaims all express or implied warranties, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed claim recovery.

Cancellation Policy

Diminished Value Report Only

Because diminished value reports involve immediate research, market analysis, and report preparation, Report Only purchases are non refundable once work has begun.

Full Diminished Value Service

Once the Limited Power of Attorney is signed and services have begun, the agreement becomes non cancellable. By signing the authorization, you permit Premier Diminished Value Specialists to begin claim handling, report preparation, and communication related to your diminished value claim.

Because work begins immediately upon execution of the authorization, Full Service may not be cancelled after services have started.

Total Loss Appraisal Clause Service

Once appraisal clause representation begins, valuation work starts, or communication with the opposing appraiser has been initiated, the service becomes non cancellable. This includes report preparation, appraisal coordination, and negotiation activity related to the total loss dispute.
