Premier Vehicle Valuation Specialists was founded by William Heck, an automotive claims professional with more than 15 years of experience in insurance, auto damage, collision repair, and vehicle valuation.
Before founding Premier, William spent over a decade inside the insurance industry, gaining firsthand experience evaluating vehicle damage, reviewing claims, and understanding how insurers determine vehicle values. That experience became the foundation for Premier’s commitment to transparent, market-based valuations supported by real evidence.
Today, William continues to oversee the methodologies and standards behind every Premier report, ensuring each valuation reflects the same principles the company was built on: accuracy, transparency, and market-supported analysis.
Why We Started Premier
Premier was founded on a simple idea: every vehicle valuation should answer one question clearly. What did the vehicle actually lose in value?
Our founder, William Heck, spent more than a decade inside the insurance industry and worked with claims from both sides. That experience showed him what makes a valuation credible to everyone involved: real market evidence, clearly documented, that any reader can follow. He saw room for a balanced, independent option built entirely around that standard.
