To prepare your diminished value report, please provide:

1. Date of Loss (accident date)
2. Date Repairs Were Completed
3. Final Repair Bill from the repair facility

Photos of the repaired vehicle:

1. All four corners of the vehicle
2. VIN plate (driver’s door jamb)
3. Current mileage on the odometer

Once we have your signed DocuSign packet and the above information, our team will research market data and build your custom diminished value report.

We’ll send the completed report to you first for review. This ensures all details are accurate and nothing is missing.

After you’ve reviewed and approved the report, we’ll submit it directly to the insurance company on your behalf and handle follow-up communication.
