To prepare your diminished value report, please provide:

  1. Date of Loss (accident date)
  2. Date Repairs Were Completed
  3. Final Repair Bill from the repair facility

Photos of the repaired vehicle:

  1. All four corners of the vehicle
  2. VIN plate (driver’s door jamb)
  3. Current mileage on the odometer
